hia! im sarah, im 18 frm wales and currently in uni studyin psychology. when i finish my degree i hope to train as a counciller and help young adults, such as yourselves, through the rollercoaster ride of life. i've been through a tough ride throughout my life thats why im designing this website, to offer my experience and advice on any problem you are experiencing. it can be really hard sumtimes to listen to our mates and family when we are going through diffucult times. it can even be difficult to admit to them you have a problem and many young people end up seriously hurt and even dead because of all the stress they are facing in this life time.
